With May coming to a close and June right around the corner, it’s almost time for a brand new Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog! I love this time of year because the weather is getting warmer in Upstate NY and I get the chance to play with all new products. I am in love with the new stamp sets and the new 2019-2021 In Colors. I can’t wait to show you more about my favorite sets I’ve experimented with so far.
Hello again to all my lovely readers. It’s been a while since I’ve last picked up the metaphorical pen and written to you. What has been going on?
I can’t believe August has flown by and it’s almost time for autumn! I love the fall and I’m so excited to share with you all the fun products in the 2018 Holiday Catalog. Before all that, however, I wanted to share with you the things I’ve been loving this past month. Unfortunately this past month has been pretty busy for me (I’m a MOH in a wedding that happens next weekend) and I haven’t been able to post as much but I’ve been crafting like crazy. I’ve got tons of posts planned and they’ll be coming to a screen near you soon!
Now that July has ended I wanted to look back on some of my favorite products this past month. Whether it was colors, Designer Series Paper, or stamp sets; I wanted to share with you guys what I’ve been loving. I tried to be more adventurous with my stamping and I think I’ve branched out a ton from when I had started. I know I have a long way to go before I’ve really gotten far away from my comfort zone, but I think starting with different things I’ve loved will help me as well as you into pushing your own limits!
When someone says the name Harry Potter, I’m sure most of you know immediately what they’re talking about. A beloved book series (and subsequent movie universe) that celebrated it’s 20th anniversary this past June! Today, for many of the potterheads out there, also marks Harry Potter’s 38th birthday. In celebration of this very Potter year I wanted to create a group of cards inspired by the four Houses of Hogwarts!
Today is Mother’s Day and for some it’s a time to celebrate the women in our lives. This week I wanted to tackle some card designs for Mother’s Day but I wanted to make sure to include everyone in this post! I know I’m grateful to have a great relationship with my mother (who also happens to be a Stampin’ Up! demo herself) and so today’s post is dedicated to her; for showing me the world of Stampin’ Up! and for being my own personal cheerleader.
While this is the time of year where we get to learn about all the new goodies in the 2018-2019 Annual Catalog; it’s also the time of the year to say goodbye to some of our favorite products. With this years color revamp it also means saying goodbye to some of our favorite colors as well. I’ve had my time to mourn just a little bit over my retiring go-to colors and now it’s time to dive right into the new colors and get to know these new amazing collections!
With the snow melting at last and spring peeking around the corner, I finally get inspired to stamp. This is the time of the year when we find out which of our favorite products will be retiring and to say goodbye some fun colors. When I got my sneak peek at the new 2018-19 Annual Catalog and I had only three words; I can’t wait! I am so excited for all the new goodies coming your way!
Well this week has been quite hectic so I decided to show you guys my little sanctuary! I love having a space to escape from the world and get to stamping. I’m still working out how I prefer to have things organized and even recently updated my desk to have lots of room to get messy while stamping! I love seeing every stamp room that’s out there and I wanted to share mine with you.
I can’t believe that 2017 has come to a close and it’s time for a new year already. These past 12 months have been nothing short of amazing for me as a Stampin’ Up! independent demonstrator. What have I accomplished in this year that seems to have flown by?
